Boston Duck Tours
I just realized that I never reported on our (Jenine was in town for Thanksgiving) adventure in Boston. We took the T into the city and got off at the Museum of Science. We didn't have time to actually go to the museum, although we were inside for a bit amidst the throng of holiday family traffic. What we did do was go on a duck tour! You ride through the city in an old WW2 ambphibious vehicle, which actually drives out into Boston harbor. Jenine and I sat in the back, in the open air, and had the pleasure of watching a light snowfall. Afterwards we hopped back on the rail and went to Haymarket, which actually had no hay but lots of pubs.
Today it snowed hard for the first time. I just went for a nice walk to the arboretum and then downtown, which was exciting. Having to drive through the slush tomorrow on my way to work will be slightly less exciting.

So Dan, how's that snow treating you?
Well I left work at least an hour and a half ago, and I just now walked inside. I had to dig and scrape myself out at work, and then I had to dig into the sidewalk and driveway so I could park the car at home! Then I helped a neighbor do the same, and now my feet are sopping wet and i'm flush from all the exercise... It's great!
17 days with no new posts!? You do realize that I check this daily, don't you?
